You must complete the digital signature on the registration form to give consent to the following waiver of claims : I hereby approve of my child’s attendance and participation at the Chiefs Basketball Camp.  I certify that he or she is in good health and is able to participate in any and all program activities.  I understand there is a risk of injury involved in my child’s participation in the Chiefs Basketball Camp including but not limited to risks associated with injury due to playing conditions, equipment, other campers, and the inherent risk of injury in the camp.  I hereby waive any and all claims against the camp, its directors, or other employees of Chiefs Basketball Camp.




Refund Policy:  A $25 fee will be charged for any refund requested 7 calendar days after the player is registered.
